Hi, Avy here.

The short version

  • I am an organizational consultant and trainer. I play with ideas at the nexus of adult learning, complex problem solving and strategic management.

  • I work with organizations and professionals who feel stuck and need new solutions/structure/ideas to make progress with their work. I have helped hundreds of professionals with their strategic approach, management methods, and work processes.

  • Born and raised in Italy, working with English-speaking clients anywhere they are. I am fluent in English, Italian and Hebrew.

  • This is what I do.

Among my clients:

The longer version

Background: interdisciplinary and multicultural.

  • I grew up in Rome, Italy; my family, originally from Libya, moved to Rome in 1967.

  • I moved to Israel 18 years ago, where I met Rajel, now my wife, who is originally from Mexico City.

  • For the past 17 years I have worked with an international audience.
The way stories, ideas and people from different spaces merge into culture and behavior is the lens through which I understand the world.

Expertise: professional development solutions for intellectually curious professionals.

  • My academic background is in Psychology, Business Management and Organizational Development. I am passionate about modern culture, economics and design.

  • I have developed and led transformative learning experiences and training programs for thousands of professionals.

  • I launched my own consulting and training practice after several years in senior management roles and after specializing in organizational development and strategy.

Approach: unorthodox ideas lead to excellent performance and effective learning experiences.

  • Innovative opportunities for professional and personal development should be available to everyone. The alternative is stagnation.

  • My job is to help individuals and organizations who need frameworks and resources to work, manage and learn at their best.

  • What I found is that classic organizational routines are fine as an infrastructure, but real progress comes from the encounter with atypical ideas: engaging with chaotic, creative and challenging experiments is what makes professionals grow and perform.
