I'm Avy Leghziel, an Executive Development Consultant. 

I've helped hundreds of professionals upgrade their management performance, develop innovative strategies, and build momentum in their careers.

I work with executives one-on-one, train teams and research professional development strategies.

What I do.

I work with executives and companies to solve problems related to:

  • Strategy. You're disappointed with your current strategy (or you don't have one). You are dealing with a complex problem, or with a crisis. You need a strategy that is realistic to implement and delivers results.

  • Management. Your performance, or your team's performance, is poor or chaotic. You want a better method for managing the team and improve their performance.

I've held senior management positions in global organizations, and since I've started my own consultancy I've served more than 120 executives and trained thousands.
